Meet some of our people:
1 – Mohammed Bhuiyan, CPA
Mohammed received his B.S. in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University Pomona. He holds a California licensed CPA designation and is a member of the AICPA as well as the California Society of CPAs. Mohammed started the firm in 2007 after gaining ten years of professional experience participating in a variety of audit and consultation engagements with various non-profits, school districts, and special districts.
2 – Shiva Moozoun, Esq - LL.M in Taxation
Shiva Moozoun received her Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University in Accounting. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Golden Gate University School of Law.
Shiva Moozoun also holds an LL.M. in Taxation Law from Golden Gate University School of Law. After finishing her Juris Doctorate, Shiva served as Tax Attorney and Accountant of a Law firm in San Francisco. She also has experience working for well-known CPA Firms in the Bay Area. Shiva is admitted to practice law in California and is also a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Shiva Moozoun is also currently working as an adjunct professor of tax with Golden Gate University.
3 – Yeasin Bhuiyan, CPB
Yeasin Bhuiyan received his B.S. in Management from The Ohio State University. He holds a California licensed CPB and is a member of the NACPB. Yeasin Bhuiyan has over four years of professional experience in management, marketing, and accounting. He has participated in a variety of auditing, bookkeeping, tax, and consulting engagements with various non-profits and small business.
4 – Walia Wahid, Accountant
Walia Wahid received her Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology from Canada with a major in Accounting. She graduated on the dean’s list and is currently pursuing her CPA.
5 – Muna Ahmed, Intern
Muna Ahmed received her bachelor from San Jose State University and is currently pursuing a MS in Accounting from San Jose State University as well.
